$75 Health Screenings Include:
- Complete Physical Exam
- Cardiac Lipid Profile (evaluates risk for heart disease)
- Complete Metabolic Profile (assesses blood for health issues)
- Hemoccult Blood Test (checks risk for colorectal cancer)
- PSA (evaluates prostate cancer risk)
Only $50 without PSA test. Uninsured and Underinsured Men welcome. Co-pay included in price for insured men. Cost reduction and payment arrangements can be made if proof of income indicates a need to provide a discount.
